[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Even though Halloween has passed you still have time to visit Cutting Edge Haunted House while it is open until Nov. 8. The haunted house used to be an abandoned meat processing factory, but now serves as a human processing facility. The building was built in 1908 and has a Gothic tone to the design to match the history. The building is also located in a part of Fort Worth called Hell’s Half Acre where all the gunslingers would hang around and where many murders happened.

The haunted house has been around for 20 years and recently won the prize of the longest running haunted house from Guinness World Records.

“Once we were in the haunted house for the first time we were terrified,” sophomore Jaxon Reinken said. “But the second time around we knew what was coming so it wasn’t that bad.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1”][vc_column_text]There are about 130 people on staff, most of which are actors who take pleasure in scaring anyone who is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Which could be almost anywhere on the 235,000 square feet of haunted property.

“Walking through the haunted house was one of the scariest things I have ever experienced,” sophomore Bailey Ray said. “It seemed like it would never end.”

Every year thousands of people attend the haunted house and they always seem to come back for the next year. Along with being a Guinness World Record holder, Cutting Edge is ranked as the fifth best haunted house in the nation according to Guinness.

“Even though I nearly peed my pants, I plan on going back next year for the adrenaline rush,” Reinken said.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_raw_html]JTNDaWZyYW1lJTIwd2lkdGglM0QlMjI0MjUlMjIlMjBoZWlnaHQlM0QlMjIzNDQlMjIlMjBzcmMlM0QlMjIlMkYlMkZ3d3cueW91dHViZS5jb20lMkZlbWJlZCUyRjJCZWt3U0oyS29jJTIyJTIwZnJhbWVib3JkZXIlM0QlMjIwJTIyJTIwYWxsb3dmdWxsc2NyZWVuJTNFJTNDJTJGaWZyYW1lJTNF[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_raw_html]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[/vc_raw_html][/vc_column][/vc_row]
