With bread most brands tend to have a strange texture and unappealing taste. The bread I have enjoyed the most is Udi’s Whole Grain bread. It tastes almost like normal bread except it isn’t. It is also helpful to purchase a bread maker. This will allow you to make gluten-free bread whenever you want. Mostly, you should focus on eating foods with no gluten naturally. I know it’s hard to put down the pizza for fruit and vegetables, but it will definitely benefit you in the long run. If you are a celiac and you contact your counselor at school they will try to accommodate you if you buy your lunch from school. They will give you gluten-free options to choose from and it is treated as seriously as an allergy.
