The football team played its first round of playoffs against Rock Hill on Nov. 14 and won the game 48-16. It was the first time the team has made the playoffs since 2021, and the first time the team has made it past the first round since 2018.
Defensive tackle Daylon Owens leads the team out of the tunnel. In 2021, there were 22 freshmen on the varsity team, who will be the only players on the current team to go to the playoffs twice.
