Swim and dive to compete in invitationals Nov. 2 and 4

The swim and dive team is hosting two invitational competitions on Nov. 2 at 2 p.m. and Nov. 4 at 9 a.m.
On Nov. 2, the divers will compete in three meter and one meter diving competitions at the LISD Westside Aquatic Center. On Nov. 4, the swimmers will compete in an invite against other schools in the district at the LISD Eastside Aquatic Center.
“I think I’m going to do [well], but there’s always room for improvement,” junior swimmer Ryan Hay said. “We had a lot more practice time and a lot more hours in the pool. I believe I have gotten faster [compared to the first meet].”
