Avengers: Age of Ultron continues to satisfy

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]The world’s greatest, strongest heroes come together to fight evil. The story is old, but the execution is new. As “Avengers: Age of Ultron” continues to show in theaters, the movie continues to satisfy. Familiar characters from the Avengers universe unite to fix what they have destroyed by creating Ultron, a peacekeeping program.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_video link=”https://vimeo.com/109776517″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]From the beginning, the movie is loaded with action and humor. While the jokes are repetitive and carry throughout the movie, they maintain the banter that is commonly found in action-adventure movies. The humor and wit make up for the occasional boredom due to confusion in plot.

Because of the introduction of multiple characters like Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) the plot gets jumbled between explanation and action. As the climax builds, it seems like the movie characters just keep multiplying. While the storyline is intriguing, it’s easy to get lost.

Per usual, the cinematography and computer graphics are phenomenal. Since many of the super powers must be expressed through rays of light and otherworldly objects, the execution must be convincing. With that said, the formation of supernatural functions is well executed. As Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) flies through the air to a floating city, it was easy to believe.

Sometimes the chemistry between characters can be phony and hard to believe in action-adventure movies. However, that is not the case in this movie. Romantic allurement between Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) is authentic and solid as the not-official-couple journeys through natural obstacles and insecurities. Overall, the actors embraced their roles to form an authentic flow.

Overall, the movie is satisfying and leaves me waiting for the next installment to the fantastic series.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
