After not being able to hold pep rallies during the 2020-21 school year, the celebrations have finally returned with a twist—they are now held in the brand new Hawk Activity Center (HAC). The first pep rally was held on Sep. 10, and all grades but freshmen attended. In addition to the change in location, the pep rally was also held during the second period advisory time, whereas it was previously held at the end of the school day.

The Hebron Cheer squad strikes their final pose after performing stunts, tumbling and jumps. The cheerleaders also performed a dance to the fight song and led the “Hawk Pride Never Dies” chant. “The energy at the pep rally was amazing, and I’m glad we get to experience that despite everything that’s going on right now,” varsity cheerleader Isabelle Penh said. “Overall, I’m just super excited that we get to have a somewhat normal senior year.”
