When exploring for themes to try in a photoshoot, I came across macro-photography: a zoomed-in, close-up perspective of your subject. This was my first attempt at this certain perspective. Because I was using a zoom lens that day, I didn’t have to get too close to the flower in order to make it focus. The contrast between the middle and the white petals, not only gives the picture a focus, but also provides a pattern for the eye to catch.
